The presence of glass reflections may hint at use of a 500mm (or bigger) super-telephoto shot, perhaps from the building across the street. The young man in the photo may be blissfully unaware that he was photographed.

With the hot climate he is clearly in that milk will do no good :) He’s gonna get thirsty again in no time!
