  1. I have to hand it to you, Josh, you always find nice boys with a good head of hair (lots of it)! I love it …. so much better than any burr or shaved cut/look. Thanks!

  2. A girly boy with thick healthy hair always grabs my attention. In the next life I find one to spend my life with. I’m a rediculous romantic.

  3. I agree – I like cute boys with nice shaggy hair much better than the buzzcut look.
And this one fits that bill. Thanks Josh.

  4. cute boy. awful pose. it would be nice to be cute like that. and be able to go bed-head status and still be considered a model. oh well. thank god for mb, at least i can stare in from the outside. lol

    1. There you go again. Just why the hell are you on the outside staring in? This is the time in your life when you should be living every day as if it were your last.

      1. I live every day as if it were my last; I lie on my bed groaning and drifting in and out of consciousness.

  5. Wonderfully androgynous….exceptional picture. American society at least, needs to have gender roles pushed (even if it’s just physical appearances), so that we can become more accepting as a nation.

  6. This “kid” looks like he used Nair on his face!

    I kid, I kid. Seriously, he’s cute.

  7. Reminds me a little bit of Edie Sedgwick when she was in “Ciao! Manhattan”. I love it =)

  8. Very cute boy. I love the freckles, even the ones on his arms and hands but I wonder if he loves them as much as others do?…I hope the photog didn’t catch him chewing his nails tho.

    1. Wow….missed the freckles the first time around ‘D’oh’! As a boy with lots of freckles myself, I think they are stunning on most boys today. However, I hated them back then.

They seemed to have migrated to my back …one guy I knew played ‘connect the dots’ once with a Sharpie. He said it looked like a constellation.;-)

      1. Have you read “Closer” by Dennis Cooper? One of the characters sees images, among them constellations, in a lover’s freckles.

        1. Really, how cool is that?! Actually it was a show of tenderness…felt kinda good as well.;-)

            1. I don’t really remember, but I think it was mostly the Northern Constellations.

  9. Hey – what happened to the rest of the comments on “Easy Button” and how come new comments can’t be added? What’s going on here?

    1. I think they were taken down….Alex requested it, then he changed his mind etc. Looks like his original request stood.

      1. I, for one, respect the decision to listen to Alex’s initial request and believe it was the right thing to do.

        1. Me, too. I have been saying that all along before Alex even weighed in. Unfortunately, all off my comments on the subject seem to have disappeared and all of my comments on this thread do not get posted and trigger a “Awaiting Moderation” message.

  10. I like this shot, Josh. The hair is epic^^

I also like the mixture of nervousness, anxiety, expectation and even adoration (!) in the expression.

The composition is excellent. The positions of face, neck, hand and body are perfect.

    He’s got a really lovely neck…^^

    1. Absolutely….even if the nervousness is disingenuous, it’s perfectly executed. This picture portrays about a half-dozen things going on and is truly remarkable.

  11. its his wrist. i couldn’t figure out what about the boy was taking away from his attractiveness. its how skinny and emaciated his wrist is. I could seriously snap that in half with my pinky. gorgeous face, but keep your hands down boy, or at least do a few pull ups, the rest of his physique im sure is flawless, but his wrist, ick. no bueno. i knw i knw, it hate criticizing when I myself am not exactly anything near attractive, but i couldn’t figure out what it was , now i did. so there!

    1. It’s the thinness of his wrist and his wispy fingers that give the pic a lot of its charm….and therefore my ‘androgyonous’ description. The boy is obviously in the ‘changling’ stage of all arms & legs. Boys are adorable as they change from boys-to-men and always a remarkable process. Probably because you’re ‘in’ it, you can’t see the forest for the trees.;-) You all have this special beauty and then you’re men.

You could put a lot of boys at that age in girls clothes and except for their voices and Adam’s apple, you couldn’t tell they were boys. It’s just a very small window of time when that is usually possible. Some boys in drag are actually better looking than most girls! In the high echelon of the fashion business, broad shoulders, extreme height, smallish hips and strong jawbones are traditionally the hallmark of top female models…all typical male attributes.

      1. I’m with you. I love that willowy look. I was a serious distance runner during my youth and I find myself attracted to cute boys who look like they could run.

    1. Lat time I checked guys could be models too, and I don’t see anything saying that the photos in that gallery are necessarily women.

I may be wrong, but I think there’s a good chance that this is a guy.

      1. Hmmm, despite that EVERY OTHER MODEL ON THE SITE IS A GIRL????
I live in Perth and have been to this salon. She’s the same model as the red head pouting in one of the other shoots on the site.

Let it go peoples, coming from an educated voice on the matter, it’s a girl.

    2. You could be correct, as I seed NO Adam’s apple. However, the fingers, even though they are thin, look like a boy’s. Yet, no Adan’s apple, no boy.

    3. after reviewing the evidence, i’d have to say you’re right. good investigative work. the head-on shot definitely shows female with same freckles, skinny wrist, and fishy pendant

  12. he has nothing of boyhood for me. he’s not beautiful. the only attractive thing in this pic is the necklace wave emphasizing the beauty of a boy’s body.

  13. Interesting tid bit, in the salon photo that Jake linked it looks a bit like the freckles have been airbrushed out.
