I’d speculate it’s a pair of sunglasses he quickly stashed (his T-shirt has no pocket) or, more likely, an iPod/phone or similar.

I read something about a line of clothing that hangs in such a way that it makes it appear as though the wearer has an erection. Could that be the case here?

@ enimanz: You are right. That bulge in this lads shorts is a cell phone. If you have a magnifier you can see that it is a cell phone in his left pocket.       I can sympathize with feeling uncomfortable about quasi-voyeuristic photos such as this one, but if you are in public view, people can take photos of you for personal use all they want. There are exceptions in some countries/cases if the photographer is using a telephoto lens and can’t actually be seen by the subject, but even then, if there is a crowd nearby, there simply is no reasonable expectation of privacy.

      I’m not so much into “stalking” pictures, but I oppose all those privacy politics that only enhance hypocritical behaviour. In France (but this is not specific to France), privacy laws are used to protect corrupted leaders. For example, if you tell people that a politician has been condemned for corruption before, you can get a big fine, and theoretically even a jail sentence. One never knows where privacy stops… This is a big issue for press freedom, too.
      
      Why should we be afraid of exposing ourselves to others ? I can see no good reason. I don’t say I would walk naked into the street, even if it were allowed, but I wouldn’t feel outraged if someone took a photograph of me and published it without my permission, just a bit pissed off maybe if the picture is not so advantageous or a bit embarrassing.
      
      I think, if we could freely post photographs and talk about private life, we would soon learn not to pay too much attention to it, and get a lot more aware that what we can see / hear / read is not the truth, and can be very far from it indeed. It would be very good news for democracy I believe.

        Let me ask you something, But. Have you ever seen Sinals photography? Do you appreciate the beauty? Wake up call, its 100% obvious those subjects are surreptitiously photographed, but I’ve seen his photos posted here many many times. I love Sinal’s work, and I am sure pretty much everyone else here does too, but why draw a distinction between this photo and photos on a nicely designed website with paid subscriptions? The answer is…there is no difference.
        
        I’m sure you haven’t forgotten that we are in an extremely persecuted minority. Standing on a soapbox and claiming your reasons for coming here are somehow more pure than someone else is incredibly naive and divisive. Our community doesn’t need that.     The reason for the complaining is that he isn’t one of those models who took it himself or agreed to model. For all you know, this could be part of some great stalking effort by the photographer, 1 of 10,000 pictures of him.

I am sure no parent would consent for their son or daughter to be photographed by these agencies if their were truly informed about the number of non-agents or professionals who buy those photo sets.

        It’s pretty much understood that when you model other people will look and judge you.
        
        Don’t try and pose this as an all or nothing situation: where I can either accept that all photos – consensual, perverted, stalkerish or not – are good if they give the taker enjoyment, or that all photos of children – and legal age teens like 100% of the nudity on the site – are bad and evil because the subject’s willing consent is never fully informed of this or that which may happen in 0.00000001% of cases.
        
        You can argue about what influences choices blah blah blah, but it is fundamentally better for the subject to have the choice to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to participating in the photo than not. Saying no prevents the photo from coming into being and *possibly* causing negative things for the person.
        
        The way you second guess the value of the agreement of the teen is about the same the ability of a teen to agree to mutually beneficial sex is rubbished by criminal courts. Both are the extreme, dumb ends of the spectrum that fight to keep the reasonable middle ground hidden.
        
        You have a right to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ that must be respected by others, but you also have the responsibility to accept the consequences when you say ‘yes’, particularly when that means moving on if you regret what you did. But you need the right to choose ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in the first place.

  I don’t know about Norway but in my country it’s perfectly legal to take pictures in public places even without the permission of the person in the picture. If somebody takes a picture of you there’s nothing you can really do about it. Of course if the picture shows you in some situation that can be regarded as offensive to you (drunk sleeping on the sidewalk, picture of you shitting your pants etc.) then it’s not okay.

  The more things change, the more they stay the same. Even as we speak, longer hair on boys is coming back into vogue. Hopefully, skimpy swimsuits and speedos, and short-shorts and cut-offs won’t be far behind.
  
  EMO and Gothic clothing, piercings, and tattoos, board shorts and boys wearing makeup and dyeing their hair were all colossal failures in my book. (I have no problem with anyone who liked any of that stuff – to each his own)

      We have the whole range here, creepy posts like Real1 and mike above that make me imagine they are middle aged men typing one handed, and poor teens shitting themselves because they like people basically their own age.
      
      Modern sexuality has been totally reversed by these sex laws. The whole point of youth is to spend time with other youth – even if that means sex – and then when you are like old enough to be the father of the ‘youth’ you should have satisfied all the urges you had during your youth, DURING YOUR YOUTH, and can help younger people.
      
      You do NOT repress yourself when you are passionate and young, because that leads to unhealthy regrets when you are older. I think that is why older men seem to do so much abuse. The laws should operate to give youth a chance to be youth, so the men don’t have such great a desire to do things – because they did them with willing boys when both parties were young, about equal in mental age and happy about it.

Wow, people sure are hippocrits about this sort of stuff. When was the last time ANYONE here admonished Sinal for his outstanding photography? Guess what, it is the exact same thing. Occasionally, one of his subjects realize they are being photographed but 9 times out of 10 it is voyeuristic…and he is praised for picking beautiful subjects and having fantastic camera work. How about the kids that model for some of the agencies out there? Do you think advertising agencies and agents are the only ones buying photo sets of boys? There are probably 4 or 5 guys buying those sets as fap material for every one sale to an agent looking for talent, but I don’t hear any condemnation of those model sites for not telling the models or their parents that its a distinct possibility bl’s buy their photos.

The point is, just because someone snaps a few pictures of an attractive boy in public does not mean he is being violated or that the sole purpose of those pictures is for fapping. Most important of all, please stop acting like stuck-up Republican Bible Thumpers with the holier than thou attitude and moral superiority. There is absolutely Nothing wrong with this picture, how it was photographed or the fact it was shared with others. Attitudes like that are used against us, stop lending credence to the haters who would like nothing less than to exterminate us.

Not too long ago where I live a guy was arrested for taking pictures of children that weren’t his at a local beach. In fact I think it’s NYC were a person without a child is not allowed in a playground. Make no mistake, in the US anyway there is no “innocent” boy watching. I always do mine on the sly and I do it because young boys are perfect as they haven’t started to age.

The world is going mad. There was no one suggesting that the boy be raped, or masterbated over. Some people said, !What a wonderful boy, or “isn’t youth refreshing”. ect. There’s no need for ANYBODY ON THIS FORUM to act like a Maiden Aunt, fanning themselves and asking for the smelling salts. If we come here, we are probably Gay or Bisexual and admire the male form, including youth. There is no need to act is if we were Teabagging or whatever the term is for being Right Wing Born Again Republicans.

Teabagging as I know it, is dragging your testicles across somebody’s face-usually while they’re asleep and your buddies witness or take pics/video. Perhaps the Tea Party Republicans use the same term for something else……;-)

we seem to be afraid of our own emotions. is it not better to
